Professional guidance. Transparent fees. No hidden costs
All Brooks Wills professional fees shown include VAT. Office of the Public Guardian registration fees are payable separately.
Will Fees
For individuals who want to make their first Will or update an existing one. We will help you record who should manage your estate, who should benefit, and any particular gifts or wishes you would like included.
For couples who want separate Wills containing broadly matching wishes. This can provide clear arrangements for each other, their children and other beneficiaries, while ensuring that each person still has their own individual Will.
Where family circumstances are more complicated—such as blended families, vulnerable beneficiaries or children from a previous relationship—a trust may be appropriate to protect assets and ensure your wishes are carried out.
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Choose either a Property and Financial Affairs LPA or a Health and Welfare LPA.
Put both a Property and Financial Affairs LPA and a Health and Welfare LPA in place for one person.
Put both types of Lasting Power of Attorney in place for each person — four LPAs in total.
Other Planning Services
Record particular medical treatments you would not wish to receive if you were unable to make or communicate the decision yourself.
A trust written into your Will that allows someone to benefit from an asset during their lifetime, while preserving it for your chosen beneficiaries later.
A trust written into your Will to protect funds for a disabled or vulnerable beneficiary, with trustees managing the money on their behalf.
