Deputyship Application

- Application to the Court of Protection.
- Acting as proxy with correspondance with the Court of Protection throughout the handling of the case.
Statutory Will Application

For individuals who have lost capacity prior to making a will. Service includes:

- Application to the Court of Protection.

- Acting as proxy when dealing with the Official Solicitor representing the individual who has lost capacity.
Life Interest Will Trust

For beneficiaries under a will who wish to divert their gift to another party. It is treated as if the gift had been made to the other party originally in the will, thereby avoiding affecting the beneficiaries’ Inheritance Tax allowances.
Discretionary Will Trust

A trust drafted into a will which allows the trustees to decide if and when any named beneficiaries can inherit.
Partial/Deed of Revocation

For donors under an LPA who wish to either fully revoke their LPAs or to remove an attorney appointed under an LPA.
Severance of Joint Tenancy Applications
